Wonderful experience. Great wait staff and friendly atmosphere. If you want to come for breakfast buffet and don't want to wait, you must get here EARLY. Honestly be here before 9:30, they open at 9am Sunday for the buffet. By the time we walked out the door at 9:55 there was a line out the door to outside after walking thru the waiting area. Thankfully we didn't have to wait because we arrived so early with anticipation for this experience. We were sat immediately and got right to enjoying everything they had to offer. I'm a sucker for good home fries and they delivered! Little bit of spicy and cooked so well with onions and peppers. Can't wait to return!
This place is in an old and perfectly renovated railroad station. The food and service is great. I have eaten there 4 times (the place is 3 hours away) and have always enjoyed every meal. Oh if you are a rail fan this is the spot, don't pass this place. Exit 8 off the Mass Pike!
Love this old converted train station, such charm. The Sunday breakfast buffet is wonderful. Eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast bake, fruit, homemade muffins, corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, and make your own waffles. Wait staff takes your drink orders and always refills. Nice atmosphere. They serve dinner too, but we have never been. Will have to try it.
Very nice, historical dining spot in converted train station with an active rail that passes very close by. Servers were knowledgeable and pleasant. The restaurant was decorated for the holidays. Food is basic American with a lot of seafood options. Simple preparation. Recommended.
Great place for food, family and scenery! This place is set in a old train station and is very easy to from Exit 8 off the Mass Pike. Lots of old train memorabilia, photos, and trains going past the restaurant on two sides both freight and passenger. Sure the scenery and train spotting may bring some in. But once you sample the food and hospitality you will be back! Great seafood and even better service!
