I was told optional work was mandatory and paid quite a bit for it.
Jay always puts safety first. When he has your vehicle in the shop he goes over it for any safety issues while repairs are being done. He'll let you know what needs to be done. I've been going to Jay for car care for 20+ yrs. Never had any complaints. He and his staff are courteous and friendly, and up to speed with automotive technology updates. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
