It is my opinion and my experience that this shop is looking for a quick turn around from cars they buy at auction, putting as little work as they absolute need to with little to no care for someones safety, hoping to make a quick buck before they vehicle they sell breaks and they have to repair it. They may be sweet talkers assuring you that you have their word everything will be taken care of and they want whats best for you but the reality is unless you luck out with a car that doesn't need repairs that they got from auction you will be in for a very eye opening experience.
This dealership is not to be trusted with their word in my opinion and experience. Be prepared that you may need to take legal action before they do anything, as i am. Any car you think about purchasing should be pre-inspected and documented as you will need this documentation later if or when they refuse to do the work they agreed to, as i have and am dealing with. Repairs written to be done, even on their bill of sale, they repeatedly refuse to do, as i have dealt with. They refuse to even admit parts are broken when other auto shops with certified mechanics have inspected and confirmed not only are the parts broken but it is dangerous to drive the vehicle. When or if they do some repairs be warned they get irritated and annoyed at the insistence they repair a vehicle they sold and then may not replace some broken parts but instead patch them to avoid any actual repairs until your warranty period is over and then they can claim no responsibility, as again i am dealing with. I have personally watched, heard, and seen them do half repairs and patch things that cant be seen, take used parts from their junk yard modifying them to fit a different make of vehicle, and refuse to answer phone calls from irate customers.
Didn't keep their word on our deal plus I put a $1000 down on vehicle. They sold the vehicle and never told me. Avoid this place at all costs.
