I found Burgundy Brook to be a very rustic and inviting place. The staff are all very pleasant. The food was very tasty and we didn't have to wait very long. The whole reason I wanted to go was that I see the horse every time I go by and I wanted to see them up close. I actually got to pet one, was much larger in person, very beautiful creature. I will definitely go back again.
Went to burgundy brook cafe after hearing some good things. I was greeted at the door and was asked to wait a minute to be seated by a waitress, no problem. The manager then came over and sat us after a couple seconds of waiting as it wasn't busy, the waitress got mad about the manager seating us to the open table. We got are drinks quickly and put in are food order but then the service stopped. She quickly forgot about us. As we were waiting I noticed new people had been sat and already got there food, we had been waiting 20+ minutes for some basic breakfest food. Then noticed the waitress walk outside and not come back for 10 minutes. She never came over to check in on us, never said sorry your food will be right out. Pretty sure she didn't even put are order in. She walked by us another 4 or 5 times and nothing said. Finished my coffee and walked out. Walking out she didn't notice my party either. The manager saw us but failed to say anything. Total wait time 35 minutes for some pancakes......
Wow! Ordered take out lunch for the first time. Grinders are huge and delicious. I pulled over on the side of the road to eat it cause it smelled so good I couldn’t wait. Grinder on fresh bread home made , came with fresh chips and a pickle for $8.95 can’t wait to go back! Atmosphere inside is very nice as well.
Great lunch menu! Wonderful staff! And you can go see the horses afterward. Even buy some carrots to feed them. Great place for the kids
Portions big, coffee good and staff was friendly. Me and wife had a good 1st time experience there for breakfast there this morning.
