We have done business with Noonan for over 15 years. They installed our heating system when we converted to oil. We have been very satisfied with their work and service. We have them do our yearly maintenance and service. They are very prompt at responding to our needs.
Their techs are great. Noonan takes customer complaints serious and strives for outstanding service.
Just bought my house and the very next day our furnace wasn't working. I called noonan in a panic and they quickly set up an account for me and had a tech out within a couple hours. He explained everything to me. I was so satisfied. They will be doing all of my services from now on.
I called for emergency service at night time because my burner wouldnt fire and it was about to snow. John was at my house in 10 minutes.. Didnt mind me hanging over his shoulder and asking tons of dumb questions, replaced the broken piece, and was in and out in 30 minutes or less. The pricing for such a service I believe should have cost 3 times what it did. If i wish i could give MORE than 5 stars.
