They cleaned my neighbors carpet, parked their van next to my car and allowed the water exhaust pipe with filthy water, chemicals and god knows what, to spray all over my 32 thousand dollar car. Never said a word to me, just left without caring what they did to my car! I told my neighbor she said she won't use them again. When I called, the owner did send a check to pay me back for the car wash I had to get done. But still I think this is not a good business practice. He tried denying it, saying in X number of years in business it's never happened. I told him I have witnesses and photos when he claimed no water comes from that pipe on his truck.
