Love this gym clean friendly affordable

Great prices and equipment

My last review was somewhat generic so I decided to update. Gary runs a incredible establishment. Equipment is good and all the staff is friendly. It is not a judgmental place in the least and unless you strike up a conversation no one is going to interrupt your work out. Some would say its crowded at times but what gym doesn't get crowded now and again. I will say I have issues with PTSD and crowds and have never had an issue with the amount of people, the mirrors everywhere give you a good way to be able to watch your back and the entrances. I can not speak to the sauna as i don't use it but I am told by my wife it is nice but not always working. In my opinion its a gym, if you want to sweat before your workout crank the heat in your car on the way in. The showers are good just be advised the water is hot, Do not go over half way early in the morning or you may cook, but the good part is the water is never cold. He has an decent selection of premade drinks and water for purchase if needed and the prices are good. If your looking for a great gym this is your place. If your looking for a spa its not. And his sign holds true, the worst judge of you is yourself. So pay attention to your own workout because if you feel you need to watch everybody elses routine you may shame your self because some of the older crowd kill it in this place, but as i said no one judges you, only you.

Great atmosphere, very clean, very professional staff.

Gym was generally clean, though overcrowded. The sauna broke a week after I signed up. 3 years later and it still remains broke. Several members tried to petition the owner to fix it and his answer was that somebody would just break it again. Great logic. I went early morning on a couple occasions and when it was the owners turn to open up shop, he was routinely late, causing me to not be able to have a full workout. I stopped going but still paid for 6 months. Went to cancel and they wanted a $40.00 cancellation fee which I said I was unwilling to pay. Admittedly I was in the wrong, and in a bad mood. Called back the following day to apologize and said I would be in within a week to fill out the paperwork (because they cant apparently just send it to your home), but they had already sent my information to a creditor. Paid the creditor. I understand why this happened, but its just disrespectful business practice to an individual who was a member of their gym for 3 years and never late on a single payment. Their owner is unprofessional. Go to Gils

Very clean owner takes pride in the facility new equipment and updates regularly....Sauna is not working and steam room is not working properly... friendly atmosphere and good pricing ....
