I was to see Dr. Benazi(sorry pal) you blew me off along with staff. I was taken to the office of Griswold's administrator and told they will no longer see me due to history.

they are always on time get my whole hour and they are wonderful
Horrible. They bumped my appointment four times and refuse to increase my medication from the lowest amount (which was only meant for 1 month) until they see me. That's not even my fault! I came for my appointment today and they told me I had been bumped AGAIN! No one even spoke to me and now I have to wait two more months.
This was years ago. A total lack of compassion. Griswold's best, is to get you in and get you out. They charge for 45 minutes, but 8 is all you get. This is the normal turnaround thanks to insurance companies.

Huge problem with Dr Luis Velasquez. Prescription with wrong dates for six months has been an inconvenience for me and the child I care for who depends on these two medications. I'm in the process of locating another doctor outside of Baystate griswold Center. They don't even answer the phone for clients.
I was offered continuation of meds for 30 days.
